Ramble Omeath/ Carlingford

Walk : Omeath /Carlingford/Omeath Greenway,
Meeting Point: Granvue Hotel Seafront Omeath.
Walk Start Time: 10.30am
Route
We walk to Carlingford and stop for lunch. Return to Omeath.

You will need a reasonable level of fitness, walking boots, a sense of humour.
This is not a race if you want a sweaty workout at speed forget it, stay in bed. The pace will be conversational with a few stops to gather breath and look at the scenery.
Lunch Stop Carlingford @ 12.30 for soup and sandwiches in Village Hotel.
If you have had enough or only want a short walk there is a bus from Carlingford to Omeath at 12.30 also.
I reserve the right for safety or weather reasons to adjust the route on the day
We arrive back to Omeath at approx 15.30pm.
I may have a Pint at the end in the Hotel if it is open and you are welcome to join me.

Leader’s Note: Coastal Walk mainly on asphalt track at Sea Level boots are needed as beach will be wet.
