Walk: Looped walk in Cooley Mountains, from Carlingford along Forest Trail then Eagle Rock and along the ridge to Sieve Foye and back to Carlingford.

Notes: This walk takes the forest trail alongside and overlooking the Lough and the Mournes. Steepish ascent from there to Eagle Rock to get on to the ridge which we follow to Slieve Foye. Toilets and coffee in available in Carlingford.
